At Smosh Store, we want you to love your gear; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all apparel is unworn, unwashed, and still has the original tags attached to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to print and attach to your return package.

  Package Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging or a secure mailer, ensuring all original tags and inserts are included inside.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed.
